If you want to spend $200 on pretty stuff that goes under the hood and makes noise, its up to you.

how about a jtd underpanel for around 100. is that good investment? my underpanel is starting to falling off on the passenger side but still attach. i have to push it back up once in a while so the intake isnt worth it even for 150? how much better is it from stock?

gonna ask if he will let it go for around 100

Intakes are a preference thing, they sound great but that's all they do. Plenty of threads about CAI. Underpanels are great investments because the plastic crap bmw uses down there just rots out and breaks from stress.

a intake will help some over stock, but you will need a heatsheild as well.

that bumper you listed can be bought for 150. i have seen it out there on another forum from a supporting vendor.
