97 328is issue

my 328is doesnt seem to be warming up as quick as it usually does. i start it and let it run for usually 10 minutes, and after driving about 20 mins it barely passes the blue cold square on the thermostat thing and the antifreeze isnt low... any suggestions on why this is happening, or what to do??

it's most likely the thermostat in the cooling system.. mine was similar towards the cold side.. it doesn't seem to be hurting the car but in the long run it's not good for the engine - it's about a $200 job to fix it..
