Last week, all of a sudden the passenger side - rear window went down (of course I pushed the button) but never came up. I had to manually pull it up. The motor does make noise, and also I heard as if some glass pieces are broken and making the (cracking) noise. I did open the complete panel and everything. Everything looks normal. I am wondering is this a regulator problem? Is it easy to install. Do you recommend refurbished or buy new from online? Any help greatly appreciated.
