Vibration at Low RPM

Hi, I have a problem since I last changed the 3 filters. The engine vibrates at low RPMs between 800 – 1100 RPM. I double checked everything under the car after the fuel filter change and also the air intake and I can’t seem to find anything loose.

Has anybody had this problem before?

Please help.

Please has anyone else had a similar problem. Its 2 weeks now since my filters change and problem is still there.
