After waiting months and months it's just about that time to seriously start looking for a 335d. I first read about the car in January, and now the release date is getting closer. I'm going to start my search for a 335d. Can anyone chime in on what to expect on my search? I know it is going to be a brand new engine on a 2009. Should I expect to pay MSRP? I've never leased before; should leasing be an option for me? Has anyone heard of a 335d on a dealer's lot yet? -Jeff

Jeff- check the link in my signature (picture below this post) and you will find a LOT of info on the 335d just search. I am a big fan and I am anxiously waiting this car. Builds will not start until the final week of Dec. so the car will be here by January. Expect at least a $1500 increase over the 335i. As far as MSRP, it will depend on when you want to get it, the first cars will be in high demand then later on they may not be....

My guess is that the demand (read, selling price) will be strong at first, but will drop significantly as initial demand is filled. I don't want to start any arguments, but diesels aren't for everybody.
