depo lights and electric aim control

I replaced my Cheep US version headlights with the depo all glass with HID and European city light and angle eyes.

Some questions,

I would like to know how the city lights are wired in Europe do they come on with the parking lights? are the corner parking lights not used in Europe? or do both come on?

Also showing in the European parts they show a head light aim control any one in Europe put in the depo lights and will this still work with depo light? I want to get one for mine.

Also if you have the horzoal head light aim control how does it work . My dads Toyota van just has a thumb wheel with numbers.
