I havent the slightest clue where to begin. the only recent work on her was to change/replace the fuel pump and she purred since.

If you hear the click but the starter doesn't engage try boosting the battery. If she starts then the battery is your problem if it doesn't do anything then probably the starter is the problem.

Good luck:thumbup:

I Should update everyone on whats transpired in the last 20mins, so everyone on every forum suggested i check the battery, being a firm believer in taking ppls advise once you ask for it and autozone being just down the road from me i thought i'd high tail it there for a new set of jumpers before they close i also needed to replace the "central door locking" fuse anyways which also blew in the past 24hrs so the trip to me was worth it.
i get there pick up the fuse, come back, plug all the relays i had unplugged back in( i think four in all) then plug in the new/replacement fuse and go to push the car to the end of the garage so i can just nudge the nose of my truck in there and jump her when i realized the steering was locked, so i thought i'd better stick the key in and turned her over for the upteenth time and VOILA!! SHE FRIGGIN ROARED....what the

what do you guys think did it, cos i knew all along my battery/alternator was strong. and having just replaced the fuel pump that was not it.
the fact that i removed all those relays has something to do with it....but which one?
again i still cant identify the starter relay or fuel pump relay.if i did i can isolate and replace them.
