Hey guys!! I am new to the forum because I am purchasing a early 90's BMW 525 off of my moms friend. Looking forward to getting a hold of it to see what kind of condition it is in. This will be my 2nd car as I have a 2006 Trailblazer SS that is modded pretty nicely. I will be using this car to keep the mileage down on the TBSS as well as get better gas mileage to and back from work. Looking forward to being part of the community.

Welcome to the forum!
What kind of mileage do you get in the SS?

Depends. With 450hp+ at the flywheel, I tend to have a heavy foot. Usually 14-15 city and 18-20 highway. It is actually much better than stock because of the mods I have done to it. It will run low 13's in the quarter all day long in decent weather. I keep toying with giving it a shot of nitrous and seeing if it has 11's in it with tuning. I really would like to see some pictures of your car with those 16" style 29's. I have a guy in the area looking to drop off some at a really good price, but I really want 17's or 18's. The 16's are nicer than stock but I am not sure if I would be looking to upgrade too soon.

Much better than before.
I'd really like to get a set of style 32s. They are 17s. I got my set of 29s for under 500 with brand new rubber on them. Even though the continentals were crap the upgrade to 16s was very nice. If you have very rough roads or you plan on lowering the car I would consider keep them below 17s.

Yeah those look very nice. Way better than stock!! I may pick up those 16" for now to get away from the nasty stock rims. I am really looking at going one of these routes with the car. I love the look of these and they make the car look so mean.
