Hey guys,

I just replaced my OEM goodyear runflat tires to Goodyear GT and i have been having a lot of problems: VIBRATION! I took it back to discount tires 4 times now for them re-balance the tires and its not working. What happen is that after they balance it, it rides silky smooth, but the next day it starts to vibrate again. I think it has to do something w/ the nylon because after 2-3 miles on the freeway, the vibration reduces tremendously. I am tired of these tires so I am thinking about exchanging it for a set of Bridgestone RE960.

But I want to see what you guys are using for your non-runflat tires? How do you guys like it so far? I know a lot of you guys suggested the PS2, but it has low tread mileage.

no problems with vibration? and what about the more flexible sidewall compared to the RFT? Will it compromise the ride quality by being "squishy"?

Michelin Pilot Sport 2's. Awesome tires; much better than that Bridgestone runflat crap.

Michelin Pilot Sport 2, more expensive than the other brands but well worth it. Long life too.

My '05 was used and apparently one of the tires went flat because one was replaced by an identical Bridgestone Potenza, just not runflat.
I don't notice any difference or any vibration.
In another thread, I did describe my successful repair or a nailed run flat...

I think the 6 series has one of the most sensitive suspension/steering wheel ever. I notice that if the road has a certain groove the steering wheel shakes acertain way even though other cars won't detect it
