back door glass, removal

hey there guys and gals.

so i am trying to rip apart the doors so i can fix the rust and what have you and i have run into a snag.
how do you get the little window out of the back doors?

i know its in the bentley but i am missing a few pages in mine. and it just happens to be that page that i need.

can some one take a look and let me know.

tjhis comes from doing the saem job in other types of vehicles. you will have to lossen adn if possible remove the window rail/track which is part of the fram that holds teh small windw gals in place. tipically you can losen this track on hte bottom adn swing it left to clear the wayu to lower the small window glass. there is nothing left in the doors except for the small piece of glass, i realy do not want to ruin the rubber seal or smash the glass.
