?:: Is this normal on 6 speed::?

I bought a mint BMW 2004 3.0i 6 speed, and I had it for few months, I noticed that starting from 1st gear, If I hold it in certailn spot when engaguing the clutch there is a jerky grabbing... YES I replaced the CDV VAlve which makes my shifting smoother, but I realy try hard to engage smoothly, but more than half the times I feel that jerkyness when grabbing.. Is this normal on BMW?? Z4? Need a new clutch, what can I do??
