I'm at about 25.5k right now with about 1700 left on the countdown for Inspection I. Car needs a new radio and front brakes, but other than that, it runs like a top.
But last Thursday or so, my MIL came on for the first time. Car seemed OK otherwise, so that night I checked the gas cap and it seemed a little loose so I tightened it. MIL went out on the way to work the next day. I got gas over the weekend and the gas cap seemed OK but I triple-checked it just in case. Last night, the MIL came on again, but this time I noticed the idle was high (800rpm vs 720 or so, this according to the diag's digital tach). Checked the cap again at home, and it was on fine, but the whole thing felt like it came on and off too easily. :dunno: High idle and light on continued this morning.
My OBDII reader software's cable seems to be broken so I can't suck any possible codes off, but I wonder if this is just the stupid gas cap of if it's actually something else...
