I don't cruise on that blvd, just pass by on the GCP to the dealer or a car meet.

The boulevard isn't what it used to be. About 6 or 7 years ago it would be packed from light to light every night. It was a great place to chill. You could just park and chill with your friends. It was free and kept us out of trouble.
