$200 shipped in the 48 states, slightly more to HI, AK, and PR. I had sold this for $250 to someone who said there was a problem with the spring (see photo - it's zip tied to the wheel and is part of the airbag system as far as I know). He said it goes somewhere on the metal plate and is supposed to be held in by a screw which is stripped, but I spoke to the shop who took the wheel off for me and they do not think anything is broken and that it can be made to work.
So, with this caveat, the wheel is back up for sale and I'm reducing the price to $200 instead including shipping to anywhere in the 48 states, to make up for the unknown spring issue. No returns this time!
