I found a stock black on black '99 M3 - 5speed with 110k.
It has a small head gasket leak, pressure test checks out fine.
Interior looks d@mn near brand new. A few small dings on exterior, but in overall great shape.

Guy wants to sell for blue book under "good" condition.

Should I jump into it? :)

How much?

What kind of choices do you have in Hawaii? I'm guessing they are limited..

There is no such thing as a small head gasket leak. I would plan to have the head pulled and the gasket replaced or you can try Bars head gasket sealer. It does work for small leaks if you follow the directions.
Blue book with a head gasket leak is totally unreasonable.

there are many E36 M3's hanging around in the classifieds, I'd suggest wait a little longer you'll find a way better M3
