Though I dont drive a bimmer, this is one of the most infrequently visited regional forums for euro anything. Perhaps others could lend a hand on this one for a local forum that is good.
As for a local euro scene, check metrodubs.com. though primarily VW/Audi, there are a fare # of local BMW/Mini people on the forum and perhaps they could direct you to a better spot!
