My car was discharged off the boat this morning in NYC. 3 weeks after I dropped it off in Munich. Another 2 weeks or so of waiting and it should arrive in Chicago.

Contacted HARMS today and they told me that the car was released by customs on 10/21. Same day it was offloaded. They must not be very busy, or are very efficient.
