DIY - Oil change (drain plug location info) on 03' 530i

Does anyone know how to change their own oil on an 03' 530i ? I've jacked up the car and looked at the oil pan and see no screw aiming down towards the ground. I see another housing (probably the tranny) but its not completely square that has a bolt aimed sideways towards the passenger tire (528i DIY instructions say the oil plug is aimed down).

Any kind of advice is appreciated. Thanks

I'm sure most of u guys already knew that the drain plug for the engine oil is face sideways for the 03' 530i. I guess on the older models it is faced down.
So FYI on those people about to change thier own oil on thier 530i, dont freak cuz the plug is faced sideways. It is still a 17mm socket, and you do not have to take the splash guard out.
