I may be getting some new wheels/tires from Tire Rack soon if my all seasons don't work well in the snow. Anyway, I have been looking at the threads on the E60 series and have sen some concerns about tire balance on packages bought from Tire Rack.
What is Tire Rack's position and policy on this? If there is an issue, would I have to get the wheel(s) balanced and submi a bill to Tire Rack?
I have used Tire Rack before and have had great service and a quality product. The only issue I have had is one wheel was damaged due to the lug nuts coming out of their packaging and damaging a wheel that held the packaging. Tire Rack stood behind this without an issue. Anyway, I just wanted to ask this question since I have seen a few posts on this and wanted to alleviate my concerns.:)
