Ok so it wasn't a Dingo, it was a gurd rail.

I was on my way to Ohio and hit some black Ice in PA. My baby is brused from the head to tail on the drivers side.

My question is... Will sedan fenders and doors fit my touring? I am sure the fender and front door will fit just not too sure about the rear door.(1992 525it)

The rear quarter and rear door did not get it as bad as the fender and drivers door so I am prety sure that the rear will come out nice but I would like to replace the front feder, drivers door and the verdict is not in yet on the rear door???

Thanks.

sorry to hear this. :( I am not sure if the rear doors would fit or not. Get on real-oem.com and look up the part number, then do a cross reference search to see if it is the same door on both sedan and touring.

+1 Thanks Brudda.

I will pot pics tonight.

Edit...

I went out to unload the touring and looked at the two cars side by side. It only took a glance to see that the sadan rear door will not fit the touring. So... I gues I will need to repair it

unsure if the SKIN is the 100% same and only the window frame is different, but that is my guess.

BYW sedan doorpanels DO fit the touring in the rear... despite all the rumours to the contrary. That leads me to the conclusion that the tacked in window frames are the only difference between the doors. All the other parts on it are the same: skirt trim, door trim, handles etc are all identical. only the glass and upper frame appears to be different between the two doors.

Thanks Eagle, I believe you are correct in that. I am still looking for a place that sells door skins for the E-34 with no luck. In the mean time, I will replace the fender and the drivers door. I found the fender from the place I ordered the ones for my sedan. 75 bucks and that includes shipping. Best of all, they fit well.
