For sale is a set of Gorilla Wheel locks. Never opened and still in the packaging. I ordered 2 sets thinking that I would put 2 per wheel. After thinking about it, I decided that 1 set was enough. They are chrome, but you can easily just spray paint them black if you want them black.
Price is firm, $35 shipped.

EDIT: These are the standard size for the e46 and maybe e36. They are 12MM x 1.50 Cone Seats.
