Is 850 a good deal

Is 850$ a good price for an 83 320i that has no body damage, seems to run decent except there's no power steering. There are no leaks i could see. The paint was pretty dull, the interior is in good shape and theres no electrical issues.

That seems reasonable, as long as it's not automatic. I paid $900 for a sport model "82" with some minor body damage.
