Oh yeah, grey lower bumpers. I dont know why BMW didn't see fit to paint the whole e36 until 1997, except for M cars. Doesn't make a bit of sense to me. :dunno:

I've noticed a few VW's and Audis from the 90's with the same look. I don't like it, but props to those who do. Actually, maybe not props, perhaps common sense would be a better gift.

Agree on that, as for the bumpers it sucks seein them without the matching bumpers, it really ages a nice car.

I know you're excited about your new car, but just to be brutally honest, it's not worth putting performance adders on a weak car. Unless of course, you wanted to turbocharge the car, but then you wouldn't want the exhuast mentioned in this thread anyways. Oh, and to save time for the future, a cold air intake makes a cool noise, and it's tough to justify spending that much on an air intake on your $3,500 car. Also, you will not be swapping in a M3 engine. Yes, it is possible. No, you will not do it.
But yep, the borla is compatible ;)

I'm in the library trying to study for finals.......I'm gonna get kicked out if I laugh like that again. Between that and your second comment.....stop it! Hahaha.

I don't think the one on my car would work on yours because of the dual inlet dual outlet. it would make it sound a 100 times better though if you can find a Borla for your car
