Yah well, I have a few gripes with BMWNA. I purchased a 325CI CPO and after the first 12 days of the ultimate driving experience the car left me stranded. Called road side assistance, got a tow truck out to tow me to the closest dealer. The truck driver proceeded to lose the car from the back of the hook when he was wenching it on to the roll back. So, me and the truck driver are chasing my 12 day old car down a freeway offramp. Good thing no one was exiting the highway at that time of night.
Next day, got a call from service, needs a wiring harness.... 2 week lead time from Germany, and since it wasn't the purchasing dealership, they would only give me a loaner for one day. So, i had to make arrangement to get to my purchasing dealership to get a loaner. A Mazda........12,000 deposit.....12 days of use and i'm now driving a Mazda...I wasn't a happy camper .............

After a week, SA called said he pulled strings and got the part in as soon as he could.........2 days after that he called and informed me it was ready to be picked up.
I got a ride to the dealer to pick up the car, and headed back to work, 8 miles, everything seemed fine. that evening after work, with 24 miles on the car from the time i left the dealership. I had all the warning lights on the dash flashing at me. At that time in the evening service was closed.
That next morning, drove it to the dealership, got a ride back to work, recieved a call from my SA stating the car was once again ready for me to pick it up. Lunch time i got a ride to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, this time i didn't even make it back to work (8 miles) and i had all the warning light on the dash once again.... immediately turned arround and drive it right back to the dealer with the warning lights lite.
That afternoon, picked the car up. with no confidence that this car is worth anything!!!
I am pretty frustrated with this whole ordeal. I called roadside assistance, got a big apologue. Called and :nono::nono::nono::nono::nono:ed at BMW customer assistance, got a big apologue. I'm so over hearing everone saying " I Appologize" Damn, does anyone there have authority to do anything about anything?????
I'm a first time BMW owner, and the experience had been far from the Ultimate......
