The engine was washed down and then it started to run funny. It doesnt run at all now but it does turn over. What could it be? Any help would be appreciated!

you may have soaked the altenator or some ignition parts like the coil or the distributer, (or the computerized distribution unit). chek out all the ignition cause thats more likely where your problem is. and next time just put a plastic bag over all the electronic parts to prevent water from getting in.

Don't forget cam/crank position sensor, they can get wet and make all sorts of problems also. The moral of this story is, don't pressure wash your engine thats surrounded by electronics genious.
(sorry to be hostile, I'm just tired of customers/people who don't even think logically about what they are doing)
