CSI survey

The description of this forum says that it's for product-related issues. Where does one post about the way the CSI survey is handled?

I'm surprised no one has brought it up here already, given that it's an issue between BMWNA, its dealers, and customer.

I'm talking about how non-ED customers are pressured to give all 5's on the survey or not at all. And that the dealer is made aware of how an individual customer responded, potentially leading to repercussions.

Possibly. Hopefully BMWNA will continue to scan the other forums as well as this one. After seeing all the gripes here, they'll probably want to read something else. :D;)
