If I have 17x8 in the front and 17x8.5 in the rear, and slap the same size tires on all four, will the effective OD of that tire change based on the width of the rim? I am thinking putting 4x 225/45ZR17 on there, and based on this (http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Spec.jsp?make=Continental&model=ContiExtremeContact&partnum=245WR7CECV2&partnum=54WR7CECV2&index=1&place=1&vehicleSearch=true&tirePageLocQty=%26frontTire%3D245WR7CECV2%26rearTi re%3D54WR7CECV2) spec, they would "fit" both front and back.
