I have a 2000 528i and have had it for two years, this is my second set of tires on it and was wondering if the measuring of the diameter of the rim and placement of the weights have a bearing on each other. the car has a bounce to it, just had the whole alingmnet completed and problem still there. just wondering if you measure the diameter from edge to edge of rim shouldn't weights be place at those spots. tire dealer measured from edge to edge and place the inside wieght at the edge and the outside weight three to four inches in from the edge to sit behind the spokes of the rim instead of the outside edge. Just wondering.:dunno:
