Hello
I have a 2008 335 XI coupe with the 17 inch sport optional wheels and all season continental run flats. The car turns very nicely in the snow but does not stop as well as it should do so. I am afraid that these tires are not so good in the snow. I am looking at getting good all season tires -cost saving and more easier than switching out to winter tires and back each year. What are the good all season tires that you guys are putting on this car in the grand touring category? Michelin Primacy MXV4?
How about any good highway/city mixed winter tires that I should get instead?
Should I get my tires from discount tire or from tirerack.com? I have a distaste for discount tires because they never usually do a good job of doing a road force balancing on my wheel/tires as compared to my lexus, audi, bmw dealerships. Which means I might need to pay more money to put on the tires at a dealership.
BTW, I live in south east michigan and we get snow every 2 weeks.
