--basic info about the car--

90% life left of front pads,and 70% life left on rear brake pads,both front and back rotor are in great conditin with no deep gouges,and there is no lip near the outside edge as a sign of them worn down more then when new

the tires are all in great condtion,front tires are at 80-85% Bridgestone potenza RE040 in 225/40/18,and the tires on the rear are at 65-70% Michelin pilot sport in a 255/35/18

the alcantare steering wheel is in far better conditon then most i have seen,but BMW will gladly replace it for free with a leather M3 wheel if its still under warranty.so you have till 2010 if it starts to wear down bad

the car has your normal rock chips on the front end,i feel this was mostly a highway car,i am the 2nd owner,and drive it to and from work sometimes

there are only 2 small dents to mention,that i cannot pic up in pics,one is on the drivers front fender,about 7 inches below the side marker,,and the other is near the back passenger side taillight ,about 2 inched away from the bodyline crese,,,these are not anything to really mention,and im sure you can look at all the pics,and not even see them,but i like to be honest about what im sellin

the interior is in very good condition and has no rips or tears at all,there is just a small bit of wear around the stitching of the driver side seat bolster,and you can even see it in the pics its so small

the floor mats,and floor itself has no wear,nor holes on them

the trunk has no stains,nor rips in the carpet,and every tool is in the bmw roadside tool kit

all power options work as they should,and the car runs great,and will not need any service till about 60,000 miles,

i painted the calipers,and rotors black,just to make inside the wheel look better then the rusty look

i just did a full clay bar,cleaner/polish/wax on it over the weekend,and the paint is very smooth to the touch

i did not get any books when i bought this,but i do have 2 keys to it,,,also BMW can tell you what has been done to the car if you call a service department,and tell them the VIN

i take alot of pics of my cars so that people can see what they are buyin,and i will gladly take more if you want any certain pics,or close ups of anything,,i will be takin some walk around video of the car,and some of the car at idle in the next day or so,so please keep a look out for those on the linked page i have addes

Just saying, its a liability you might not want to take. If the next owner got into an accident they could blame your tint and sue you.

+1 we have all of our cars tinted exactly like yours but i have 35% on the front windshield and 5% everywhere else.. i see nothing wrong with it :thumbup:

i was gonna go 35% on the whole windshield but i drive alot at nite,lol
hell id do all 5% all around if i could,lol

cops dont ever notice the tint on the front windshield,but they will get people all day for having anything darker then the legal limit of 35% on the front 2 windows here in mo,,i just stear clear of cops when i can.,

It may or may not be illegal to drive a car with tint on the front windows and/or windshield (depending upon your location the laws differ), but it is NOT illegal to sell such a car in any state. Just make sure the buyer signs a standard "as-is" purchase form (can even be handwritten) stating that they accept all liability for usage once they take ownership.

That said, are you really asking $23,500 for this car?
