Saddle Brown no longer availble????

Was building a 2009 X5 online today and noticed that Saddle Brown interior is no longer there and I see the Tobacco is back. Anyone know whats going on with that?

Last week the dealer told me Saddle Brown was available as a special order color. Check with a dealer.

Strange. I just ordered and received an '09 Mineral Green X5 with saddle brown leather last month.
