John - please contact me if the diff is still available. I've tried email and PM, but can't seem to get in touch with you, yet I see you have since been on this board and bimmerforums. I'll give you $1600 via paypal and cover the paypal fees (3% = $48). I can pick up the diff in FL this weekend to avoid you having to ship it.
