where can I get the shadowline that goes on the door windows? I hate the chrome ones..

Not sure if you can buy them but they can be sanded and painted. That way would be a great deal cheaper too!

Shadowline vinyl tape is even cheaper.

You can get the factory part from some of the online retailers or the dealer. It is expensive and hard to remove or install.

I used the following:

My only complaints are:
The tape is a bit to narrow to do the rear of the trim by the back doors.
If you dont clean very well it will not stay stuck (as cheap as it is for a roll it is not a problem).

the shadow line available from the dealer. its pretty pricy, and you will need to get the clips that hold the big piece above the doors on, and there are a few of them.

the tape sounds like a way better idea
