Bimmerfile has posted the ordering guide (http://www.bimmerfile.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/bmw-2009-ordering-guide.pdf) for all models, including the new Z4s, in the US.
Things to note: in contrast to the previously posted model catalogue for European models, heated seats are not standard on the 3.0 and 3.5 for the US (you need ZCW or separate option). Also, it will come in the Mojave Metallic (and the Ivory Leather is available only with Mojave).

Actually, I think you have it backwards. Mojave will only come with Ivory.

Havanna Metallic!!! Finally a metalic brown on a non M Z! And that ivory interior. Sweet. Too bad I'll have to sell a kidney to afford the upgrade from my 07.. :-(

If the configurator is just the generic BMW.com configurator, don't get your hopes up for all of the cool colors offered. BMWNA has a very nasty habit of severely restricting our access to the best paint and interior colors.

I was taking the Mojave Metallic paint from the US ordering guide. I believe Mojave shows up on the general BMW.com configurator as "Havanna".

So, yes, we should be getting the Mojave.
