:dunno:My bride has a 94 325I and the radio is going out. Would like to try to buy one on on Ebay or such, but I don't know what years will fit.

Also, the headlight and tailight switches are going out. Know where I can make the best deal?

Thanks for the answer.

Just get an aftermarket deck. More functionality for not much more price. But I understand if you really wanna keep it OEM, though I don't know which years will fit which.

What do you mean by switches? Just the one to the left of the steering wheel? Or do you mean the brake light switch on the pedal? How exactly is it going out? I've never heard of one going out before.
But, usually the Part Out section is the best for odds and ends that are cheap and small and can be used. Check Bimmerforums.com if they don't have what you're looking for here in the for sale section. Bimmerforums has a lot more 16 year olds that think they can drive that do the rest of us a favor by totaling their cars and providing cheap OEM replacement parts....:D

Yeah its the main headlight switch, is slipping and either does not turn on all the way or turn off. It needs replacement.

I was talking about the pedal switch. The computer gives a brake warning off and on with the lights working perfectly. I saw something on the internet (maybe here?) that said that you would get this warning if the pedal switch was going out

Main headlight switch - check the parting out like I mentioned. Never heard of one having a problem before....lol.

What exactly is the message? Is it "Brake Light Circuit Failure" or "Brake Light Bulb Failure"? It could also be corroded contacts, or the CHMSL. Check them both. You should be able to get the brake light switch, if it does indeed look to be that, at BMW or your local auto parts place. But, if your lights work fine then that would mean the switch is working fine. Check them some time immediately when you get the message, and see if anything isn't working 100% right.
