Another queston about my 95 325i-- seat heater help

The "butt" portion of my driver side seat heater isn't working, the "back" part works fine. How do you fix this and what cost would I be looking at?

I think you can buy the heater elements separate and you install them by taking the bottom pad off the seat and plugging them in. Not completely sure though, anyone wanna clarify? Mine has the same thing wrong with it but I just live with it :D
