I've finally found a forum that actually has information on (formerly) SAC RGx-x Wheels. Hallelujah... I hope people have information that can help me.
I have a set of SAC RG5-3 wheels, 19" x 8" in the front, and 19" x 9" in the rear and I have a few questions before I put them on. My setup happens to be a 2002 330ci, *no* sport package, everything as far as suspension and wheel setup is stock.
1) What tire size should I use for the fronts and rears?
-I was thinking 235/35 in the front and 245/35 in the rears... possibly even 255/35 in the rear(I wanna get either Dunlop SP 9000's or Goodyear Eagle F1 DS-G3's...which actually don't come in 235/35's but if anyone can recommend a size for the fronts that'd be great)
2) Will I have any rubbing issues at all? Even if... a robust... fellow sat in the back?
** Most Importantly **
3) What offset should I use for the front and rear? The rims themselves say 38 for the 19"x8" and 48 for the 19"x9"... again my setup is a stock 2002 330ci with no sport package. The guys at Evosport were no help unfortunately... :(
Also, I picked up all 4 for $800 total from my friend... I'm having them reconditioned right now for prolly around $150 a piece. 3 of em had bent lips and I just wanted them to be repolished. I'm wondering if it was a good deal... I think so but I could be wrong... :dunno:
Thanks for the help.
