I've started watching my MPG when it appeared that the gas tank was emptying too fast. The Fuel Economy Guage (FEG) is always pegged between the 5-10 mpg side when the car is started. (Originally, I thought the FEG was busted) After 10-15 miles, all of the green Service Lights would flash two to three times and the FEG would start working, running between 20-25 MPG. This repeated itself after the car sat overnight and I drove it the next day. Yesterday afternoon, the symptoms reversed itself. While running down the interstate with the FEG working, all the Service Lights flashed but the FEG pegged itself to the +40 MPG. I had started reviewing Bentley's and checking some of the parts (not finished yet with all of them) that would affect fuel consumption which so far appear to be ok: coolant sensor and switch, ICV, it has a new O2 sensor. Any thoughts?

(I just tried the stomp test but it appears that I have a blown fuse. The Check Engine light doesn't light up when starting the car and the Fog Light indicator doesn't light when pushed. Will need to address that this weekend and see if there are any codes). Thx in advance.
