trying to remove wishbone strugling a bit to remove inner ball joint can any body give me some advice

Inner ball joint isn't removable. It's integral with the arm:

is the end bush pressed or not cheers for the link

The outside ball joint is pressed in and replaceable. All the bushing, ball joint and rod end replacement proceedures are cover in that link.
