Hi All,

I have a question I hope you have some suggestions about. When I ordered my car, I elected to not get the Xenon headlights. I'm now regreting this a bit. They are expensive, but I miss the lumens. The stock headlights just don't seem bright or reach enough, even with the fogs on.

Can the stock lights be upgraded in anyway to something brighter, or than Xenons?

If not, can the Xenons be retrofitted??

Thanks!

Xenons can be retro-fitted. I think that the halogens are excellent and have great illumination. Fogs are not meant to light up far anyway, only use them in fog, please :)

I have Philips Vision Plus bulbs in my car. I find the stock Halogens excellent, probably the best on the road, and these bulbs add an extra punch to the light output. Try them first as it's a cheap upgrade. If that doesn't satisfy then buy bekkers.com xenon upgrade.

Also, there seem to be quite a number of Xenon related problems being posted in the last few months. Just like any new technology there will be problems. I've never seen a post about a failed Halogen... because when they fail... you pop in another $2 bulb and you continue on.

Check this guy out....
