window is stuck wont go gown

my friend slammed my door bc he is an oger it made a sound and now its stuck and will not go back down it makes a sound like the window motor is working anything I can do ? :mad:

Pull your door panel off and see if its jumped out of the track or maybe jammed in there some way.
