I've got 25K on my 650's runflats. The inner portion of both are excessivel worn.

What can cause this?

Thanks,

Chris

Too much wear on the inside shoulders of tires typically indicates too much negative camber in the alignment.

Is this alignment typically covered under the 4 year warranty/maintenance agreement by the dealer?

I'm not sure, sorry. I've only owned BMWs that are out of warranty :(

No, alignments are not covered under a new car warranty or 4 year maintenance program unless a problem arises during the first 1-2K miles. Even then the dealer may only re-align your car as a courtesy.

This is normal on these cars. 26k miles is phenominal rear tire wear. BMW runs a lot a negative rear camber. A guy in our in our local club has an 09 650 sport and the rears are done at 11k miles. Spirited driving, cord showing on the inside. I go through rears on my 335 every 8k miles driven very hard.
