I got my car nov 2002, and in like 5 weeks with only 1100 so miles the right rear tire went flat while driving. Then yesterday, with 7300 miles the left rear tire blew while i was driving.

Both tires I checked didnt have any puncture or nail or anysort. Is it possible that the tires are just defects? They are the stock ones, Dunlop Sport 2000e.

Im going to get 4 brand new tires. What tires do yall suggest I get? I dont want it to go flat while i drive anymore. I know im not gettin any Dunlops for sure. Im thinking of gettin the Michelin Pilot Sport. Is that a good choice?

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks! =)

We've had near zero problems with the 2000E tires out of thousands sold. Sounds like bad luck to me. Keep in mind that sometimes pothole damage can tear the innerliner of the tire, and the tire may survive and not fail until a later time.

The tire sizing you use is very common, so almost every brand has several offerings. The Pilot Sport is certainly one of the best out there, as are the Bridgestone S-03 and Pirelli Pzero Nero just to name a couple.

You can find more information, stock and pricing on our web site at :
