Having new tires mounted

I purchased 4 non-RFT tires from The Tire Rack and expect delivery the middle of next week. What is my best option for having the tires mounted and balanced? I hope to preserve the TPM, and ensure my wheels are not scratched. I would rather pay more money (say, my local BMW center) than take it to a place that doesn't deal regularly with low-profile tires.

Any suggestions?
