Need help on 2009 X5 pricing - programs, etc.

I am wondering what programs exist for the X5 3.0 on a lease and for possible purchase (less likely). I am currently leasing a 3 series with BMW Financial so I am eligible for loyalty. Looking for a car equipped as follows or as close as possible to these options.

(1) What is the invoice cost on this vehicle? I have looked at Edmonds.com and have a rough number of $52,850. The dealer says that the number is not right as they have training costs $180, mats (unbelievable that they are not included), etc.
(2) Lots of talk about trunk money to the dealer. What is the real wholesale cost to the dealer, net of trunk money and other hidden payments they receive.


What I have been told.
Lease (12K/36mo) - there is a money factor of .00180 and $1,750 Cap Cost reduction. MSD of 7 payments can bring it down to .00131.
Purchase - 2.9% interest and 2 months payments free.

Any information you can provide would be very appreciated.
