Hello,
We here at "Bimmerfest" have the unique opportunity in that we have the first (that we know of) internet forum dedicated to communicating with BMW NA and AG. We know they stop here from time to time and browse the posts.

In order to foster positive communication between BMW and ourselves I***8217;d like to suggest some tips for posting in this forum. Although we do know that representatives from BMW do read this forum, they are under no obligation to respond or to contact you. Please bear this in mind when posting.

Should you have a concern with your BMW, please follow the established channels to report your concerns in order to receive the most expedient response:
For a sales concern, talk to your client advisor at your dealership first, then the sales manager, and possibly the Owner/General Manager of the dealership. If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you may forward it through the contacts listed on BMWUSA.com.
For a service related concern please use the service hierarchy (Service Advisor/Manager) and then the contacts on the BMWUSA.com site.

Feel free to post your concern here however do not expect this to be the most expedient method with which to have your concern addressed if at all.

When you do post here, please keep in mind that the BMW representatives are business people. As such, wild flames such as "My $@#!%*# Dealer sucks!," will likely be taken less seriously than "I have a question regarding the operation of my local BMW dealership.***8230;". To quote an old adage "you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar". The more calm, collected, and educated your inquiry (Post) the more likely someone will read it. Of course the Terms of Use that apply to all of "Bimmerfest" do apply here as well at all times.

Thank you and let***8217;s make this forum a valuable one!
