7ers,
Like most of the 750 owners I too had issues with rough idle on cold start up. I went to the dealer to get it fixed and they didnt really fix it as it still idles rough when cold for about 20 seconds. What they did do is the upped my idle RPM by 50, so now when my engine is at its normal warm temp with the AC off, my Idle RPM is at 550 rpm. It use to be at exactly 500 rpm when with the rpm needle smack in between 0 and 1. So what does your engine RPM at when its warm with AC off and does turning AC on jump up your IDLE speed?

Turning on your ac will jump it up a little. Mine runs 500 after warmed up. 650 the first 20 seconds on a cold start.

500 when warm. I also sometimes have rough running when cold. I am told this is normal. It has not caused any problem, so I ignore it.

My idle is a little rough for a minute at startup, then smooths out fine. I'm at 500 when warm, but jumps to 700 when the a/c is on. Over the almost 4 years I've owned this car, I've found out that during the winter months, the idle will sometimes drop below 500 for a split second, then back to normal. However, when it reached "normal operating temp," it stays at 500rpm. hope this helps.
