How to fix scuffed up rims?

does anyone know what the best/cheapest way to fix scuffed rims is? i scraped the outside edge of one of my rims on a curb that jumped out from behind a lamp post :tsk:. someone told me to use a dremel tool to sand it down and smooth it out but i wasn't sure if i could trust him. any advice?

Anyone know the paint code / color for ZHP wheels. I was told by the dealer it is different than the standard silver on most wheels. Thanks!
