My name is Matt and I just purchased my first Bimmer, a '98 528i with 181,00 on the clock. It's in very nice condition, black on black. Bought it from an ignorant used car dealer who thought it had a trans problem, but thanks to the posts on this forum and the advice of a Bimmer Tech on justanswer.com I was 90% sure it was just a R Front wheel speed sensor, and it was. :rofl: So needless to say I feel I got a good deal on the car. I do want to change the trans filter and fluid as I pulled about an 1\8 of a cup sample and it is dark and almost starting to smell burnt. Well thanks again for the help and look forward to many years of BMW ownership in the future.:thumbup:
