Has anyone tried to get wheels for the E39 through tirerack.com I know they are very good, I've used them already for my ex E90, however I'm trying to get staggered wheels for my E39 keeping it on the 17",... since I have new tires and not much money, but they only show 17x8 and no staggered,...

I've put it is the Sport Pkg but still nothing,... only certain 18" and 19". Anybody know if this is a mistake on the site or just NO 17" staggered are available through tirerack.com???

TireRack.com won't provide you with anything but the stock sizes; if you want staggered you'll probably have to call them.

I've owned two BMW E39's with Sport Package, and if I'm not mistaken BMW only did staggered wheel/tire combinations starting at 18", thats why you're not finding it in the Tire Rack system.

Unfortunately this is not just a problem with our online search engine...we simply so not carry any staggered wheels in 17" with the correct offsets, sorry.

One option would be to use a 17X8.5" wide wheel as this wheel width will accept both 235/45R17 for the front and 255/40R17 for the rear. This way you could at least stagger the tires.
